One source of fresh water or clean water that one of it being used everyday is derived from ground water wells. Of course these might not be too obvious for people in the city, cause they usually pay for water. But don’t you know that one of the water resource are provided by nature.

Our ancestor already knew it and use wells as one of their primary water resources. But how about know? did we still use wells? Well not too many of us still using it, thus, its important to maintain the quality and quantity of water originating from wells that we have. How we’re going to do it, its easy lets have a look at the source, some of the water that absorb by soil are coming from rains, some rain harvesting could be helpful. Lets start to maintain our environment, starting for your own lawn.

Infiltration wells in addition may serve to increase the amount of ground water, can also serve to reduce runoff. With the additional amount of water into the ground through our infiltration wells, expected in the dry season the well was able to supply or provide water supply for us. In other words, in the presence of absorption wells are expected fluctuations in ground water level in the wet season and dry season is not too much different.

The easiest way to to keep the ground water we have is to drain the rain water that falls onto the tile or our garden or lawn and directed and placed it into the wells or some rain barrels or rain water barrels. This will make a double benefit. In addition to the page does not tarnish or flooding (water is not stagnant), we also increase the supply of groundwater that will be very influential during the dry season.

So where we could take advantage the area for our own water resource? Okay, lets start it with our carport, these area are often using harden concrete floor, of course this will block the soil absorbing the water. Instead of using concrete floor, you could use materials such as paving block or grass block or using natural stone that have high water absorption. When exposed to large amounts of water, the water is absorbed directly into the ground quickly.

Other than that you could also took advantage of rain water by using it for watering your plants. You could look for rain barrels for sale and get the best affordable price for it. And no need to worry about these barrels gonna ruins your home design, these days, more friendly design are introduced, you just need to match it with your house.

No doubt, arrangement of light in rooms certainly become a very important thing in a house to get the right atmosphere and comfortable as you prefer. This type of lamp used is also very influential with the quality of light and harmony in your residence is.

Basically, light can be interpreted as general illumination lighting designed to illuminate the entire room. Usually to meet these lighting functions, In order to do it usually those light were installed downlights in the center of the ceiling. The intensity of the light used is also relatively high.

Bedroom is the most privacy space in home. Usually it’s use as a resting place, require that this space has a light that should be a dual function, can be bright and dim. So when we sleep, our eyes can rest well without any disturbance glare.

Applying efficient dimmer lights that are used in this space, given the need to change the light intensity is high enough. Lamp model can be tailored to the wishes. Normally be chosen as the chandelier that lights the bedroom. Two wall lights above the back of the head of the bed can also be an attractive option to meet the demand for light when the owner are in the mood for reading.

Reddish light color might be perfect for you whose focus on resting or sleeping in your bedroom. Thus, it can create a warm atmosphere of space. This is also the warm atmosphere created by using decorative elements of wood in the room.

The presence of natural elements, such as wood, believed to give a touch of comfort (cozy) in a room. And if it is supported with good indoor lighting, these elements could make your room more romantic.

Bedroom, living room, and rest room are three rooms that often represent the whole house and some people also believe it represent the character of the person who live inside it. With those fact and perspective, it is important to design it properly and the most important is comfortable persons living with it.

In this articles, lets discuss about designing a comfortable bedroom. As we know we spent 8-10 hours a day in the office or workplaces, while the next 6-8 hours, we spent at bedroom. Naturally brains and our body need to rest around those 6-8 hours, its a rest session or recharge sessions, later when we woke up we gain more power and strength to deal the rest of the day. That what make bedrooms need to be design as comfortable as it could be.

Sometimes the main function of bedroom as a place to sleep, getting annoyed with additional functions. The design of the bed and then become more complicated with extra-extra facilities for secondary functions. As a result, sleep becomes something more difficult in that bedroom. Then perhaps it could be used as an alternative approach in designing your bedroom as the most important part of a dwelling house. As an easy example is putting a working desk or big screen television with loud speakers in your bedrooms.

Bedrooms, in addition to space with the highest hierarchical level of privacy, also must have the highest level of silence as the most common way to improve the “quality” of your sleep.
The consequence is a bedroom should be design as simple as possible and isolated with other activities. Put your bed according to your room size. Wall or room color also important to get maximum light at noon (in order to reduce electricity) and blocking the light at night (the main purpose is when it dark, its easy for us to get some sleep).

A desk near your bed, might be needed, to put some desk lamp or note, or might be a glass of milk. The other thing to make your bedroom more comfortable and get you a quality of sleeping is the pillow or if you like more comfortable then try Duck Feather Cushion.

The perfect and comfortable bedroom is bedroom that maximizing its purpose, which is to get some sleep. So How’s your sleep tonight?

Some people think that garage has lots of function, but the others think that its only to store cars or motorcycle. But other then the main function as a car storage, sometimes we often put our garden tools or other equipment in the garage. And then for some people garage is a starting place of their business (I believe you ever heard Google search engine company starting from a garage). Whatever you choose the function of your garage, its better you think about it before it is built.

The first thing you should consider on designing your garage is the concept, is it going to be minimalist or something else. Garage doors residential placement is also an important factor in its layout. Garage door itself have lots of type, from the upwards open, sliding, etc. The most common is the one that open upwards. This type allows you to have a wider access road to and out of the vehicle or any other home accessories.

When considering the determination of the location of the garage door, you should also think about the surrounding environment location factor. Wide area in front of your garage, meaning that you could used any of garage door type. While small area, will force you to choose more effective garage design, for example you could choose sliding door type.

The interior design of your garage should be more handy, putting rack shelf for your small equipment might help you organize it by the function. Always remember to put flammable stuff in secure area and make sure it was not in reachable area, in order to prevent your children play with it.

Protect your garage floor with some products you can find on the market or you might able to find it more easy in house appliances or hardware store. Products such as epoxy, special paint for garage floors, or even the floor mats and other material, would be very helpful in addition to prevent the floor from cracking due to heavy loads, they are also easy to clean. No doubt your garage can be more tidy.

As the price of land and house keep on increasing each year, the house sizes are being reduced to make them affordable to more people and get their product sold right away. The small-sized lots set limitations on the size of the house that can be built on the lot. So what do you do? You build your home high and narrow so you can fit in all the rooms and belongings you need. This is truly living large in small space.

With two bedrooms, one bathroom, a combined living dining kitchen area and entryway, the house is big enough for one family. You might say “Really?” Although we could say its impossible to have small place and keeping your family inside, but the choice of furniture, lighting, wall and floor colors suitable for a modern, contemporary-styled house making space as the key.

This small place and house are also occur in Japan, as a matter of fact minimalism style are growing rapidly in there. The closed, external design of the house is made with respect to the Japanese culture of privacy. Inside, the Japanese style of living has been fused with the Scandinavian, with an open plan living dining kitchen area. On one side of the room, large glass doors invite plenty of light into the room, while also connecting the indoor area with the small courtyard outside.
The open plan room gives you a sense of space that is hard to find in small-sized homes. The modern staircase adds character to the room.

When it came to decorating the interior and filling it with furniture, functionality was key. The furniture had to complement the modern architectural style of the house, while also taking into consideration space management – getting the most out of the limited space available without cluttering it up too much. The wall
system in the living area provides ample storage space while still looking sleek and stylish. The coffee table works as a storage space, as well as a perfect place to work and dine with tabletops that can be elevated into a higher position. In the dining area, the dining table easily extends for dinner parties and folds back
when the party is over. The sideboard has been lifted from the floor and the wall shelves are a small work of art that are functional as well.

The kitchen area is defined by a countertop made of steel for a very modern, industrial look. White lacquered cabinets are mounted onto the wall behind the counter. The combination of steel and white lacquer makes the kitchen truly distinctive from the rest of the open room.

The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. A narrow band of windows by the ceiling allows as much light into the room as possible without compromising privacy. The simple room has been turned into a uniquely elegant bedroom, featuring a low bed, nightstands in black-stained oak and silver wall paper that reflects light around the room. Back light panels give the room a dramatic atmosphere.

Hopefully this article could help you folks with small place but still comfortable by designing your furniture to create a larger space.

Relaxing with enjoying outside view is not just a dream, you could try some innovative ideas to make it true.
Try it with hot tubs and gain more and more popularity in homes of all shapes and sizes, it can be frustrating if your own home doesn’t quite have the area for installing either at the side of your property or immediate vicinity of your back door. However, one way to get around this is to build a deck hot tub, especially if you have a lawn that is larger than average in size and rarely used.

Depending on how you’re going to make use of your lawn or other similar area, there are two main options available to you when it comes to building a deck for your hot tub. If you are simply going to use the free space to sit the hot tub upon, then you will have to build a freestanding deck. This is built by using a combination of specific concrete
And wood, and is a platform for your tub to be secured to.

However, with the average hot tub weighing between 700-800lbs when empty, and a staggering 3700lbs when filled with water, you need to make sure that the deck you build will support this. You also need to take into account where the nearest power supply is, as the last thing you want is for cables to be trailing all over your lawn or yard, and potentially causing accidents. Also, if you live in an area that suffers from severe ground frost in the winter, you’ll have to have deeper holes dug for ground supports.

If you do choose this method, you can either arrange for a deck hot tub specialist to carry out the work for you, or if you’re feeling confident enough, install it yourself. If you have some kind of Do It Yourself proficiency and are willing to put a bit of hard work in, the whole project can be completed over the course of a single day. Make sure, however, that you don’t make the height of the frames or railings too high, as this can destabilize the whole structure. If unsure, there are a variety of guides available both online and in print.

The second option is to actually dig the hot tub into your lawn, much the same as you would were you to install a swimming pool, and install the deck around it. This is usually the more popular approach, as not only does it offer a more sturdy build, it also looks less intrusive as there isn’t as much surface height involved. However, once again there are certain guidelines you need to follow for maximum safety. You should ensure that the relevant materials are used to allow the maximum amount of traction between deck, pool and ground, and surround the tub area itself with concrete or similar protection. There is also the option of using the same materials to join the hot tub to any patio area. Once again, if unsure, seek out the advice of an expert.
